A Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) is a 2-year, entry-level pharmacy course in India, offering foundational knowledge in drugs, dispensing, and pharmacy practice for Science stream 10+2 students (PCB/PCM), preparing them for roles as pharmacy technicians or aides in hospitals, community pharmacies, and even for B.Pharm lateral entry, requiring registration with the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) for practice. The curriculum covers Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Chemistry, and includes mandatory hands-on training, enabling careers in patient care and drug management.
Eligibility: 10+2 (Science) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics.
Duration: 2 Year
Approval: Approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
